The Traveling Scholar travels between villages to deliver quizzes to the masses in exchange for superb prizes. She will ask five questions which must be answered correctly in order to win the prize. The order of the questions she asks does not change. While you can try over and over, it will cost you each time you attempt so it's advisable to save before attempting.

How to Please the Mother Again in 'Princess Trainer'

Pleasing the Mother. Again. is one of the more annoying missions to complete in "Princess Trainer". This quest can become impossible to unlock if you don't get it started just right. In addition, it's not quite obvious where you should be going in order to trigger each part of the quest. It's definitely one of the more poorly implemented quests in “Princess Trainer”.

How to complete the Family Feud quest in 'Princess Trainer'

The Family Feud quest is one of the oldest ones in “Princess Trainer” which may explain why it's so much clearer and easier to complete than some of the newer quests. It's generally pretty clear what you should be doing and where you should be going to trigger each step of the quest.

In case you get stuck though, here's a Family Feud walkthrough.

How to complete The Red Phoenix Rising quest in 'Princess Trainer'

The Red Phoenix Rising is a quest that has been part of “Princess Trainer” for some time. As such it's fairly easy to figure out where you're supposed to be going based on the directions. Quest triggers are where you would expect them to be. If you need help getting the quest started or keeping it going, check below for a Red Phoenix Rising walkthrough.

How to complete Investments That Bear Fruit in 'Princess Trainer'

The Investments that Bear Fruit quest is one that's worth finishing as early as possible in “Princess Trainer”. Completing this quest allows you to buy your own fruit stand. It's expensive, but from then on you get to collect money daily.

How to complete the Fix Everything quest in 'Princess Trainer'

After The Nightmare Job quest is completed, a scene will start one night shortly after which allows the player to move Iris into the house. Iris is the trigger for the Fix Everything quest. As with other quests that are new to “Princess Trainer,” this one can get a bit convoluted in who you need to talk to and where you need to go to keep it going along smoothly.

Is 'No Man's Sky' overhyped?

No Man's Sky” is a single player exploration game set in space. It's been touted as having 18 quintillion planets that can all be named by the players and a variety of minerals, plants and animals to discover.

It's been receiving hype for almost 2 years and now that's it's released on PS4 it's hard to find a Youtuber or Twitch streamer who isn't playing “No Man's Sky” at least a little bit (or being begged to play it).

But was it overhyped?

How to make an elevator in 'Scrap Mechanic'

Scrap Mechanic” is an early access game on Steam which currently provides an open world sandbox in which you can create. It provides over 100 pieces you can mix and match in order to create almost anything your heart desires. Whether you want to make a house with secret passages or a robot, with enough patience and trial and error, you can create one in “Scrap Mechanic.”

One thing that is infinitely useful when building a house or other tall object, is an elevator. It makes it easy to get to the top of your creation in one go instead of hopping up things or making staircases all the time. Today I'll teach you how to make an elevator. I am making this on the outside of my current 3-story house in order to easily reach the roof so please pardon any stray wiring that is visible in the pictures; I did my best to keep them out of it.

These elevators can be used indoors as well; I have one going to the third floor inside my home.

Step 1: Place a single building block on a solid wall.

Step 2: Place a bearing on the face side of the building block you just placed.

Examiner closing down

I have been the Honolulu Video Game Examiner for a number of years now and this blog served as an overflow for content that couldn't be posted on Examiner or which didn't fit on Examiner - such as excess numbers of videos. But it seems that time is finally coming to a close as Examiner is shutting down on July 10. Examiners were only given 10 days worth of notice about this closure so it's a bit of a rush to figure out what to do now.

I am currently in the process of saving old walkthroughs and reviews. In the next few months I am currently planning to transfer everything here and give this blog a more fitting name since it will be a standalone thing. From there I will hopefully continue doing future video game reviews and walkthroughs here.

I am not certain I will have the same access to games, content or conventions that I did in the past, but I will do my best.

'Princess Trainer' by Akabur is now completed

Princess Trainer: Gold Edition” has finally been completed! After multiple years of development and a whole lot of different iterations which had different content, new content and removed content, "Princess Trainer" is finally done and no more updates are in the works.

Akabur creates games and art for adults. The “Princess Trainer” game is NSFW. People should not download or play “Princess Trainer” if they are not 18+ or if it is illegal to view adult material in their location.

I can't do a full review here, because this game is adult content, but you can get a full "Princess Trainer" review here. A quest walkthrough is also complete. Some of the harder walkthroughs made it here because they contain no adult content so smut it up, ladies and gentlemen!

But the short review is that the game has definitely improved since its last release, giving more content for characters like Iris, Lola and Azalea, but it's also fallen apart in some places by increasing the grind needed to actually see the new content. Not exactly conducive to a smut game; people don't play an adult game to experience a story-interrupting grind, they play it to enjoy the story and art.
